What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. Start the process by contacting us — we’ll take care of you.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size chart to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend going up for a comfier, roomier vibe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us an email ASAP. We’ll do our best to catch it before it heads out the door.
Can I update my shipping address?
Totally! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can update your address. Just contact us quickly.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our studio in California (aka Ziaa HQ 💛).
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship out in 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link in your inbox. Feel free to check it as many times as your heart desires. 👀
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is fashionably late or seems to have wandered off, reach out to us. We’ll help you track it down.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. If something doesn’t feel like the one, no worries — you can send it back for a full refund or exchange, totally on us.
What material are your tees made of?
100% heavy weight cotton that feel like a warm hug. Seriously — you’ll want to live in them.
How should I care for my shirts?
Cold wash, inside out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry for extra longevity. Be kind to your tee and it’ll love you back. 😊
Will the print fade or crack?
Our prints are high quality and made to last. A little fading over time is normal (it adds character!), but proper washing keeps them looking fresh.
